Minnesota Revised Cigarettes and Moist Snuff Excise & Sales Tax Rates

The Minnesota Department of Revenue has revised forms with the new excise and sales tax rates on cigarettes and moist snuff. If you file paper returns, please use the revised tax forms starting with January, 2016.

Remember that you can file your return and pay any tax due electronically through e-services.
